Hold for a few seconds
Move back to starting postion
Glute Bridge
Lie down, back and feet on the floor, knees bend
Place the band just above the knees
Now push your hips up while holding tension on the band
Move back to starting position
Band Walks
Place the band jus above the knees or around your ankles
Stand in a shallow squat position
Take a step to the side and follow with the other leg
Make sure to keep tension on the band
Clamshells
Loop a Mini band just above your knees
Bend knees and hips
Lift the outside knee while keeping your feet together
Move back to starting position
