Single Leg Bridge

This is an amazing way to activate your glutes and hamstrings! Starting in a bridge, place one foot on the slider. As you lower your hips to hover, extend the leg with the slider out long in front. Then engage your glutes as you press your hips back toward the sky and slide the foot back to starting.

Curtsey Lunge

Work your lower body and hit the inner thighs! Start standing with one foot on the slider. Begin to slide the foot back and behind you to the opposite side as you lower your hips back and down to bend your knee to 90 degrees. Engage your glutes and press your front heel into the floor as you push back up to standing.

The Pike

The pike is an incredible way to work your core and your upper body simultaneously. Start in a high plank position with both feet on the sliders. Engage your core and scoop your hips as you pull your feet toward your hands and lift your hips high. Hold at the top for a moment, then with control, return to your starting position.
